Our Mission

Our commitment is to deliver exceptional support and care based on Australian values for people living with mental illness. We have a strong focus on pyscho-social model for individualized service delivery as we work within the NDIS practice standards to attain improved quality of life, health and wellbeing for our clients.


IN-HOME Core support services and Capacity building

A support that enables a participant to complete activities of daily living and enables them to work towards their goals and meet their objectives.


Assistance with daily activities

Household decision making, personal care and domestic tasks. Assistance with household tasks, meals preparation and assistance with and/or supervising tasks of daily life in independent living or shared living environment and Short term Accommodation.


Transport to education programs, employment and community activities. Travel enables participants to access the community for educational, recreational and vocational purposes.



Consumables are a support category available to assist participants with purchasing everyday items. Supports such as interpreting, translating, continence and home enteral nutrition products are included in this category.

Assistance with social and community participation

Tuition fees, art classes, sports coaching and similar activities that build skills and independence. Camps, classes and vacation activities that have capacity building, mentoring or peer support and individual skill development.

HSQ is accredited under the  NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework to provide services. Our accreditation allows you to have confidence in our systems and processes and gives you the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of our service.


HSQ staff are trained healthcare workers in providing  holistic care  to gain better quality of life. Our Support Workers meet National Disability Insurance Scheme worker screening including current National Police  check, Yellow Card and First Aid Certificate. We ensure they have a competent career history with ability to perform duties  within the code of conduct of NDIS.


HSQ ensures all supports are planned to suit  individual Goals . Our support worker  are allocated as per skill set and personality match  for your personal needs. Your preferences will always be taken into account as we understand the importance of creating and maintaining strong therapeutic  relationships.
